If you make a diligent effort for the full treatment period to use Dermisil products according to product instructions, and it does not do what we say it will, we will refund your purchase price of the product less shipping. Note: Not all Dermisil items are refundable.

Return Policies

• We offer a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer except food supplements and mite treating products. You must use the product exactly as the instructions state for a full treatment period to receive an authorization for a return via email. You must email us to ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 60 days of the initial date of purchase. Your request must be accompanied by an outline of exactly how the product was used.

• Authorized returns must be returned to our facility with 60 days of the date of purchase.

• Products purchased in a retail store or by institutions (doctors, nursing homes, hospitals, breeders, rescue shelters, etc.) are not guaranteed and do not qualify for a refund. 
  
  
• NOTE: Refunds sent with no RMA number on the outside of the package and/or are not authorized and will be returned to sender. 
  
  
• NOTE: Due to the contagious nature of scabies and mites, Dermisil.com can not accept returns or provide refunds for any scabies treating products, no exception.

  Mite and Bed Bug Treating Products

  We do not guarantee mite or bed bug treating products as we can not assure that they are used properly for the application. These products are non-refundable and non-returnable due to Gwinnett County Health Department regulations.

• You must use the product exactly as outlined for the entire treatment period to qualify for a refund. Product odor does not qualify a customer for a refund as the product must be used according to directions.
  
   
• We are not responsible for lost merchandise upon return. You may want to insure your return. Upon authorized return, you will receive back the original purchase price, less the original shipping cost. All authorized returns must be received by Dermisil within 15 days of authorization.

• Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than once. There is an unlimited amount of orders a customer can place with us; however our money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than once. For instance if a customer buys two of one product, uses both and wants to return both products, the customer will be issued a credit for one product less shipping when the return policy is met.

Exchanges

If you have purchased the wrong product, you may exchange the unopened container (product) by receiving authorization to return the product by emailing sales@dermisil.com. Once authorized write the RMA number on the outside of the package, enclose the invoice, and return within 30 days of the date of purchase. You must pay for return shipping, and we will gladly send out the correct product once the original product is received. If you have opened the product, no exchange will be permitted. 

Refused Items

If ordered product(s) are refused upon delivery, the returned products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling fees will not be credited.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please submit any cancellation in writing via email. 

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide your phone number so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order provided your order has not been shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email), and your order has shipped we will refund the merchandise total less shipping once the return has been received back at our facility.

Self or Mis-Diagnosis

We are not responsible for self or mis-diagnosis. There is a 20% restocking charge for these returns if the shipping package has not been opened and a 50% restocking fee if the package has been opened whether the products have be used or not.
