How do I use Dermisil for Athlete's Foot?
- Wash affected area with soap and water.
- Always Patch Test an Area Before Starting Full Treatment Regimen.
- Dry affected area completely. Keeping your feet dry is a key factor in eliminating the athlete's foot fungus. You may also want to use talcum or baby powder after your treatment to keep the affected area dry.
- Apply Dermisil for Athlete's Foot liquid to the affected areas with a clean cotton ball, or q-tip. Pay specific attention to the area between the toes. There may be some burning sensation but do not be alarmed.
Apply 3 times or more per day until the fungus is destroyed.
- You may also soak your feet in a warm water bath with 1/2 teaspoon of Dermisil for Athlete's Foot liquid. This should speed healing of your athlete's foot.
The fungus should
start to diminish within 24-48 hours depending on the severity of the outbreak.
It may take up to several weeks to completely eliminate the fungal infection.
You may have drying of the skin area where the liquid is applied. This is normal
and will subside after the treatment regimen is completed. The damage left behind from fungal infection will slowly dissipate over several days to several weeks, depending on the level of outbreak.
- NEVER apply Dermisil for Athlete's Footliquid to children under 5 years of age or if you are pregnant or nursing.
- NEVER apply Dermisil for Athlete's Foot liquid to mucous membranes or to the eyes.
- NEVER ingest or drink Dermisil for Athlete's Foot liquid. If Dermisil for Athlete's Foot liquid is ingested, immediately phone the Poison Control Center.
